My name is Bonnie. I’m a mom, a wife, and child of God. I love coffee, reading, gardening, cooking, baking, decorating, and spending time with my family.
I’m starting this blog to share recipes, ideas, thoughts, and adventures. You never know what you might find here. So, I hope you want to stick around.
One of the things I like are roses. I bought some roses from David Austin Roses this year and they are finally starting to bloom. The rose pictured is called The Ancient Mariner. I also have The Alnwick Rose, The Lady of Shallot, and the Eustacia Vye. My Eustacia Vye did not survive and I’m waiting on a replacement. David Austin Roses have a 5 year warranty and they are replacing it for free, but I have to wait until they are shipping again. I should get it in September sometime. Anyway, I’m looking forward to my rose bushes getting a lot bigger and putting out the abundant blooms I know they will in years to come. For now, I’ll enjoy the few blooms I’m blessed with this year.
